The State Treasury of Ohio created an online application process to support it's Linked Deposit program. The need arose to keep regional representatives in the field apprised of loan application data in a more timely manner.

LimaCorp, LLC was engaged by the Treasury to create a secure, robust, online query system as a resource for it's regional representatives. The system was required to provide up to the minute information on loan application data and status.

LimaCorp, LLC developed a powerful and easy to use web based application. From a secured browser connection, regional representatives now have access to loan application status and contact information.

LimaCorp, LLC used the following:

• Adobe PDF ® document technology
• SQL database technology
• LimaCorp's Interface Server software
• Open Source Web Application development technology including XML

Regional Representatives now have access to information in a more convenient, efficient, and timely manner.

The Linked Deposit database is queried by submitting search criteria through a secured browser connection. Query results are viewed and refined entirely within the browser. The final results can be printed in high quality Adobe PDF ® document format.
